January 6, 2025: Aberdeen, SD 57401 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Sisseton Redmen (Sisseton, SD) and the host Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD), observed Sisseton's basketball team overwhelm Aberdeen Christian by a margin of 75-17.
The Redmen (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Roncalli (Aberdeen, SD). The Cavaliers come into the A Region 1 challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Roncalli trounced Webster (Webster, SD), 61-22, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Waverly/South Shore Coyotes (Waverly, SD) in a B Region 1 challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Aberdeen Christian will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 59-26 non-league loss to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD).
