With the victory, Hurley upgrades its record to 5-4 on the year. The Northstars host Mercer (Mercer, WI) to face the Tigers in a Northern Lights match on Tuesday, January 7. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 1-6.
The Speedboys now sport a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dollar Bay for a non-league match on Thursday, January 9. Johnston will face a Bays squad coming off a 71-25 non-league win over Watersmeet (Watersmeet, MI). The Bays record now stands at 2-5.
