Connecticut High School Basketball - Putnam routs Grasso RVT
January 6, 2025: Groton, CT 06340 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Putnam Clippers basketball team scored a big 50-10 triumph over the Grasso RVT Eagles.
The Clippers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wheeler (North Stonington, CT). The Lions go into the Eastern Connecticut - 4 contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Wheeler smashed Lyman Memorial (Lebanon, CT), 44-39, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Vinal RVT Hawks (Middletown, CT) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Grasso RVT will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
