Iowa High School Basketball - Kuemper fells Nodaway Valley
January 6, 2025: Greenfield, IA 50849 The Kuemper Knights basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Nodaway Valley Wolverines to 53 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.
The Knights now have a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Red Oak for a Hawkeye Ten game on Thursday, January 9. Kuemper will confront a Tigers team coming off a 64-33 league loss to Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-7.
With the loss, Nodaway Valley falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Southwest Valley (Corning, IA) to confront the in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7.
