January 6, 2025: Wilmette, IL 60091 The Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 82-46 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Ramblers now possess a 14-2 record. They play next when they host DePaul College Prep for a Girls Catholic - Red bout on Thursday, January 9. Loyola Academy will play a Rams team coming off a 48-43 league win over Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Rams record now stands at 11-6.
With the loss, Naperville Central falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Redhawks host Metea Valley (Aurora, IL) to play the Mustangs in a DuPage Valley bout on Thursday, January 9. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 4-11. Metea Valley lost 72-38 in their recent non-league bout against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL)
