Washington, DC High School Basketball - Idea succumbs to SEED DC

January 6, 2026: Washington, DC 20019

In Tuesday's league bout, the SEED DC (Washington, DC) basketball team were winner over the visiting Idea Timberwolves (Washington, DC), by a tally of 62-47.

The now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Potter's House Christian for a non-league bout on Friday, January 9. SEED DC will play a Lions team coming off a 82-60 league loss to West Oaks Academy (Orlando, FL). The Lions record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Idea falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to KIPP DC Legacy College Prep (Washington, DC) to play the Bulldogs in a PCSAA A bout on Thursday, January 8. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 9-1. KIPP DC Legacy College Prep won 81-21 in their recent league test against Sojourner Truth Montessori (Washington, DC)
