The Vandalia Christian Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Alamance Christian to 49 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union Grove Christian for a NCCSA AA West District 1 contest on Monday, January 10. Vandalia Christian will battle a Patriots team coming off a 49-45 league loss to Rockwell Christian School (Rockwell, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 6-8.
The (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Triad Baptist Christian Academy (Kernersville, NC). The Titans enter the NCCSA AA West District 2 contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Triad Baptist Christian Academy was defeated by Faith Christian (Ramseur, NC), 75-52, in a league contest.
