Anthony Wildcats (Anthony, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Clint Lions (Clint, TX), 59-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Anthony upgrades its record to 5-12 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Mountain View (El Paso, TX) to play the Lobos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 11. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 7-7.

Next up, the Lions play the Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 1 bout, on Friday, January 14. Clint will attempt to upgrade on its 0-15 season record.
