The Richardson Eagles basketball team scored 87 points and restricted the host Berkner Rams to 46 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 19-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pearce for a 6A Region I District 7 contest on Tuesday, January 11. Richardson will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 55-45 league loss to Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-15.

The Rams (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX). The Wildcats come into the 6A Region I District 7 contest with a 21-2 record. In their last contest, Lake Highlands triumphed over Pearce (Richardson, TX), 55-45, in a league contest.
