January 7, 2022: North Haven, CT 06473 The East Haven Yellowjackets basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host North Haven Indians to 39 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Friday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Haven for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 11. East Haven will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 67-58 non-league loss to Hillhouse (New Haven, CT). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-3.
The Indians (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hillhouse (New Haven, CT). The Academics come into the Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Hillhouse edged West Haven (West Haven, CT), 67-58, in a non-league contest.
