California High School Basketball - Ontario Christian fells Western Christian

January 7, 2022: Upland, CA 91786

Ontario Christian Knights (Ontario, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Western Christian Fighting Lancers (Upland, CA), 59-50 in a league bout.

With the win, Ontario Christian upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Knights host Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA) to play the Falcons in a Ambassador bout on Tuesday, January 11. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Aquinas won 54-28 in their recent league bout against Desert Christian Academy (Bermuda Dunes, CA)

Next up, the Fighting Lancers play the Arrowhead Christian Eagles (Redlands, CA) in a Ambassador bout, on Tuesday, January 11. Western Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 80-49 league win over Woodcrest Christian (Riverside, CA).
