The Turkeyfoot Valley Area Rams (Confluence, PA) basketball nipped the host Ferndale Yellow Jackets (Johnstown, PA), 43-40 in Friday's non-league test.

The Rams (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Mapletown (Greensboro, PA). The Maples go into the non-league test with a 5-4 record.
