Minnesota High School Basketball - Kittson County North crushes Lake of the Woods
January 7, 2022: Lancaster, MN Kittson County North Cougars (Lancaster, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lake of the Woods Bears (Baudette, MN), 67-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Kittson County North upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, January 10. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Win-E-Mac lost 61-30 in their recent league bout against Fosston (Fosston, MN)
Next up, the Bears clash with the International Falls Broncos (International Falls, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 10. Lake of the Woods will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Broncos go into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 63-44 non-league win over Hibbing/Victory Christian Academy (Hibbing, MN).
