Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Bennington Badgers (Bennington, NE) and the host Blair Bears (Blair, NE), saw Bennington's basketball squad hold off Blair by a tally of 57-54.

With the victory, Bennington improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Badgers travel to Westview (Omaha, NE) to play the in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The come into the challenge with a record of 3-9. Westview lost 74-60 in their recent non-league challenge against North Star (Lincoln, NE)
