The Halstead Dragons (Halstead, KS) basketball crushed the host Bluestem Lions (Leon, KS), 61-27 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Dragons (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Nickerson (Nickerson, KS). The Panthers go into the Central Kansas test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Nickerson was trounced by Kingman (Kingman, KS), 75-46, in a non-league test.
