January 7, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90041 The Eagle Rock Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) basketball nipped the visiting South Pasadena Tigers (South Pasadena, CA), 66-61 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Sotomayor (Los Angeles, CA). The Wolves go into the Northern test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Sotomayor got by Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA), 67-61, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to La Canada for a Rio Hondo test on Wednesday, January 11. South Pasadena will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 77-57 league loss to Blair (Pasadena, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 10-7.
