January 7, 2023: Sacramento, CA 95833 The Fortune Early College Panthers basketball team (Sacramento, CA), was overwhelmed 67-31 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Salesian College Preparatory Pride (Richmond, CA)
The Pride now possess a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Mary's for a Tri-County - Rock battle on Tuesday, January 10. Salesian College Preparatory will battle a Panthers team coming off a 60-55 non-league loss to Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-6.
The Panthers (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against San Leandro (San Leandro, CA). The Pirates come into the non-league battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, San Leandro was overwhelmed by Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA), 56-29, in a non-league battle.
