Ohio High School Basketball - Mt. Healthy can't hold off Kings
January 7, 2023: Cincinnati, OH 45231 The Mt. Healthy Fighting Owls basketball team (Cincinnati, OH), was nudged 52-50 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Kings Knights (Kings Mill, OH)
The Knights now possess a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anderson for a Eastern Cincinnati battle on Friday, January 13. Kings will battle a Raptors team coming off a 67-49 league win over Winton Woods (Cincinnati, OH). The Raptors record now stands at 9-1.
The Fighting Owls (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Edgewood (Trenton, OH). The Cougars come into the Southwest Ohio battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Edgewood was nudged by Ross (Hamilton, OH), 59-43, in a league battle.
