In Saturday's non-league outing, the Palestine Wildcats (Palestine, TX) basketball squad nipped the host Nacogdoches Dragons (Nacogdoches, TX), by a margin of 50-46.

The Wildcats (12-7) will now prepare for their outing against Rusk (Rusk, TX). The Eagles go into the 4A Region III District 18 outing with a 7-12 record.
