California High School Basketball - Palm Springs crushes Norco
January 7, 2023: Palm Springs, CA 92262 Palm Springs Indians (Palm Springs, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Norco Cougars (Norco, CA), 68-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Palm Springs upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Indians host La Quinta (La Quinta, CA) to play the Blackhawks in a Desert Empire bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 3-16. La Quinta lost 74-55 in their recent league bout against Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA) in a Big VIII bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Norco will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 14-3 record after their 69-60 non-league win over Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA).
