Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Spring-Ford holds off Wilson
January 7, 2023: West Lawn, PA 19609 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA) and the host Wilson Bulldogs (West Lawn, PA), saw Spring-Ford's basketball squad hold off Wilson by a tally of 42-40.
With the victory, Spring-Ford improves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Pottsgrove (Pottsgrove, PA) to encounter the Falcons in a Pioneer - Frontier outing on Tuesday, January 10. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 4-5. Pottsgrove lost 65-49 in their recent non-league outing against Sun Valley (Aston, PA)
The Bulldogs now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Northern Lehigh for a non-league outing on Monday, January 9. Wilson will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 70-33 non-league loss to Bangor (Bangor, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-10.
