January 7, 2023: Erial, NJ 08081 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Joseph Wildcats (Hammonton, NJ) and the host Timber Creek Regional Chargers (Erial, NJ), saw St. Joseph's basketball squad hold off Timber Creek Regional by a tally of 47-44.
With the victory, St. Joseph improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Wildwood Catholic (North Wildwood, NJ) to confront the Crusaders in a Cape/Atlantic - United challenge on Monday, January 9. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 3-7.
Next up, the Chargers confront the Delsea Crusaders (Franklinville, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 9. Timber Creek Regional will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 72-69 league win over Highland Regional (Blackwood, NJ).
