California High School Basketball - Bakersfield Christian knocked off by Central Valley Christian
January 7, 2023: Bakersfield, CA 93312 The Central Valley Christian Cavaliers basketball team scored 30 points and held the host Bakersfield Christian Eagles to 19 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reedley for a contest on Wednesday, January 11. Central Valley Christian will battle a Pirates team coming off a 51-19 non-league loss to Dinuba (Dinuba, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 3-8.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA). The Drillers enter the contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Bakersfield ran past East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA), 41-26, in a non-league contest.
