Minnesota High School Basketball - Aitkin holds off Two Harbors
January 7, 2023: Aitkin, MN 56431 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Aitkin Gobblers (Aitkin, MN) and the visiting Two Harbors Agates (Two Harbors, MN), saw Aitkin's basketball squad hold off Two Harbors by a tally of 51-47.
With the victory, Aitkin improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Gobblers travel to Hinckley-Finlayson (Hinckley, MN) to confront the Jaguars in a AA Section 7 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 2-7.
Next up, the Agates confront the Wrenshall Wrens (Wrenshall, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Two Harbors will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record.
