Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kimball/White Lake Wildkats (Kimball, SD) and the host Crow Creek Chieftains (Stephan, SD), witnessed Kimball/White Lake's basketball squad nip Crow Creek by a margin of 45-43.

The Wildkats (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (Forestburg, SD). The Rebels go into the A Region 5 test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Sanborn Central/Woonsocket was tipped by Little Wound (Kyle, SD), 53-41, in a non-league test.

The Chieftains now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Miller for a A Region 6 test on Tuesday, January 17.
