Florida High School Basketball - Munroe can't hold off Decatur

The Decatur Bulldogs basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Munroe Bobcats to 50 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arabia Mountain for a AAAAA Region 4 contest on Tuesday, January 10. Decatur will battle a Rams team coming off a 86-55 league win over Chamblee (Chamblee, GA). The Rams record now stands at 15-1.

The Bobcats (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Florida State University High School (Tallahassee, FL). The Seminoles come into the non-league contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Florida State University High School was nudged by South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC), 65-53, in a non-league contest.
