Illinois High School Basketball - Oklahoma School for the Deaf fells Illinois School for the Deaf
January 7, 2023: Jacksonville, IL 62650 Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison (Sulphur, OK) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Illinois School for the Deaf Tigers (Jacksonville, IL), 26-8 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Oklahoma School for the Deaf upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Bison host Wayne (Wayne, OK) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Wayne lost 59-22 in their recent non-league bout against Sasakwa (Sasakwa, OK)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Faith Baptist Christian (Pekin, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Illinois School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 40-26 league win over First Baptist Christian (Danville, IL).
