Washington High School Basketball - Trout Lake overwhelms Klickitat
January 7, 2023: Trout Lake, WA 98650 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Trout Lake Mustangs (Trout Lake, WA) and the visiting Klickitat Vandals (Klickitat, WA), saw Trout Lake's basketball squad wallop Klickitat by a tally of 59-16.
With the victory, Trout Lake improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host South Wasco County (Maupin, OR) to confront the Redsides in a 1A Big Sky challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Redsides come into the challenge with a record of 12-2. South Wasco County won 58-33 in their recent league challenge against Horizon Christian (Hood River, OR)
Next up, the Vandals confront the Bickleton Pirates (Bickleton, WA) in a 1A Big Sky challenge, on Saturday, January 28. Klickitat will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
