The Rush City Tigers basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Mora Mustangs to 42 in the Tigers league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Cloud Cathedral for a AA Section 6 contest on Monday, January 9. Rush City will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 51-48 non-league win over Zimmerman (Zimmerman, MN). The Crusaders record now stands at 4-4.

The Mustangs (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Royalton (Royalton, MN). The Royals enter the AA Section 6 contest with a 3-5 record.
