Reno Huskies (Reno, NV) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV), 25-14 in a league bout.

With the win, Reno upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Huskies travel to McQueen (Reno, NV) to play the Lancers in a bout on Friday, January 13. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 7-7.

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Galena will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 36-28 league loss to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV).
