Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Pine Creek holds off Resurrection Christian
January 7, 2023: Colorado Springs, CO 80908 The Pine Creek Eagles edged the visiting Resurrection Christian Cougars ice hockey squad by a tally of 4-3 in Saturday's league bout.
With the victory, Pine Creek betters its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Standley Lake (Westminster, CO) to confront the Gators in a 5A Central bout on Friday, January 13. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Standley Lake lost 4-1 in their recent league bout against Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO)
The Cougars now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Chaparral for a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. Resurrection Christian will confront a Wolverines squad coming off a 7-3 league win over Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-0.
