Washington, DC High School Basketball - KIPP College Prep crushes Washington Latin Public Charter School
January 7, 2023: Washington, DC 20011 KIPP College Prep Panthers (Washington, DC) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions (Washington, DC), 70-43 in a league bout.
With the win, KIPP College Prep upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Panthers host Green Street Academy (Baltimore, MD) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Green Street Academy won 52-33 in their recent league bout against Coppin Academy (Baltimore, MD)
Next up, the Lions play the DC International Dragons (Washington, DC) in a bout, on Friday, January 13. Washington Latin Public Charter School will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
