The Cassopolis Rangers were victorious over the visiting Marcellus Wildcats basketball squad by a final score of 60-52 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Rangers clash with the Hartford Huskies (Hartford, MI) in a Southwest 10 outing, on Thursday, January 9. Cassopolis will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Huskies enter the outing with a 8-1 record after their 54-47 league win over White Pigeon (White Pigeon, MI).

The Wildcats (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Bangor (Bangor, MI). The Vikings enter the Southwest 10 outing with a 1-6 record. In their last outing, Bangor was defeated by Comstock (Kalamazoo, MI), 72-60, in a league outing.
