With the victory, Columbus advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Sailors host Union (La Porte City, IA) to meet the Knights in a North Iowa Cedar - East battle on Thursday, January 9. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 9-1.
The Huskies now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rivermont Collegiate for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 17.
