January 7, 2025: McAlester, OK 74501 The Durant Lions basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host McAlester Buffaloes to 45 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Tahlequah for a 5A District 4 game on Tuesday, January 14.
With the loss, McAlester falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Buffaloes host Collinsville (Collinsville, OK) to play the Cardinals in a non-league game on Thursday, January 9.
