January 7, 2025: Ruskin, FL 33570 The Geneva Classical Academy Knights (Lakeland, FL) basketball edged the host Ruskin Christian Warriors (Ruskin, FL), 50-47 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Knights now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Riverview Academy of Math and Science for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. Geneva Classical Academy will play a Barracudas team coming off a 63-46 non-league win over Universal Academy (Tampa, FL). The Barracudas record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Ruskin Christian falls to 6-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Community Christian (Bradenton, FL) to confront the Crusaders in a Florida Christian - Western game on Thursday, January 9. The Crusaders go into the game with a record of 6-4. Community Christian lost 76-38 in their recent non-league game against Gulf Coast HEAT (Sarasota, FL)
