The Harmony Eagles basketball squad (Big Sandy, TX), was outscored 46-30 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Pewitt Brahmas (Omaha, TX)

With the victory, Pewitt advances its record to 11-12 on the year. The Brahmas host Harts Bluff (Mt. Pleasant, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a 2A Region II District 16 battle on Friday, January 10. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 18-10. Harts Bluff won 69-27 in their recent non-league battle against Detroit (Detroit, TX)

The Eagles now own a 2-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chapel Hill for a 3A Region II District 13 battle on Friday, January 10. Harmony will meet a Red Devils squad coming off a 68-56 non-league loss to Sulphur Springs (Sulphur Springs, TX). The Red Devils record now stands at 11-5.
