The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lewiston Tigers (Lewiston, NE) and the visiting Meridian Mustangs (Daykin, NE), observed Lewiston's basketball team overcome Meridian by a score of 54-34.

The Tigers (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Cedar Bluffs (Cedar Bluffs, NE). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Cedar Bluffs dropped by Mead (Mead, NE), 55-12, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 9.
