Ohio High School Basketball - Africentric Early College nips Dublin Coffman
January 8, 2022: Columbus, OH 43209 Africentric Early College Nubians (Columbus, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Dublin Coffman Shamrocks (Dublin, OH), 76-71 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Africentric Early College upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Nubians host Briggs (Columbus, OH) to play the Bruins in a Columbus City - South bout on Monday, January 10. The Bruins come into the bout with a record of 2-9. Briggs lost 70-29 in their recent league bout against Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH)
Next up, the Shamrocks play the Reynoldsburg Raiders (Reynoldsburg, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 11. Dublin Coffman will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 54-46 non-league win over Worthington Kilbourne (Columbus, OH).
