Alabama High School Basketball - Lawrence County nudges Central
January 8, 2022: Florence, AL 35633 Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Central Wildcats (Florence, AL), 68-64 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lawrence County upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Page (Franklin, TN) to clash with the Patriots in a 3A District 8 bout on Tuesday, January 11. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Page lost 53-48 in their recent non-league bout against Columbia Central (Columbia, TN)
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Rogers Pirates (Florence, AL) in a 4A Area 16 bout, on Tuesday, January 11. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record.
