Florida High School Basketball - American Heritage thwarts Sprayberry
January 8, 2022: Plantation, FL 33325 The American Heritage Patriots (Plantation, FL) basketball knocked off the visiting Sprayberry Yellow Jackets (Marietta, GA), 77-63 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Patriots (15-1) will now prepare for their test against Schoolhouse Prep (Miami, FL). The Wolfpack go into the non-league test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Schoolhouse Prep went down by Sports Leadership & Management (Miami, FL), 59-35, in a non-league test.
The Yellow Jackets now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to South Cobb for a AAAAAA Region 6 test on Tuesday, January 11. Sprayberry will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 42-34 league win over Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-6.
