January 8, 2022: New Canaan, CT 06840 The New Canaan Rams the visiting La Salle Academy Rams ice hockey squad by a count of 5-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
With the victory, New Canaan moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign.
The Rams now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Narragansett for a State Championship Division bout on Sunday, January 9. La Salle Academy will face a Mariners squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Smithfield (Esmond, RI). The Mariners record now stands at 1-2.
