New Jersey High School Basketball - Ocean City fells Southern Regional
January 8, 2023: Ocean City, NJ 08226 Ocean City Raiders (Ocean City, NJ) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Southern Regional Rams (Manahawkin, NJ), 57-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ocean City upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Raiders travel to Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a Cape/Atlantic - United bout on Monday, January 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Middle Township won 49-42 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop Eustace Prep (Pennsauken, NJ)
Next up, the Rams clash with the Jackson Memorial Jaguars (Jackson Township, NJ) in a Shore A - South bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Southern Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 59-40 non-league win over Toms River East (Toms River, NJ).
