In their next game, the Cadets face the Gatesville Hornets (Gatesville, TX) in a 4A Region III District 23 game, on Friday, January 12. Connally will attempt to move on its 9-12 season record. The Hornets enter the game with a 21-4 record after their 65-30 non-league win over Stephenville (Stephenville, TX).
