Connecticut High School Basketball - Old Saybrook ripped by East Lyme
January 8, 2024: East Lyme, CT 06333 The East Lyme Vikings basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Old Saybrook Rams to 31 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Monday.
The Vikings now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fitch for a Eastern Connecticut I contest on Wednesday, January 10. East Lyme will battle a Falcons team coming off a 78-70 league loss to St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 6-2.
The Rams (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against East Hampton (East Hampton, CT). The Bellringers enter the Shoreline contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, East Hampton triumphed over Hale Ray (Moodus, CT), 56-53, in a league contest.
