Ohio High School Basketball - McKinley nudges John Adams
January 8, 2024: Sebring, OH 44672 McKinley Trojans (Sebring, OH) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting John Adams Rebels (Cleveland, OH), 32-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, McKinley upgrades its record to 3-8 on the season. The Trojans travel to Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH) to clash with the Rams in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet bout on Thursday, January 11. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Mineral Ridge won 59-37 in their recent league bout against Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH)
Next up, the Rebels clash with the Beachwood Bison (Beachwood, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. John Adams will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 36-24 non-league win over Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH).
