January 8, 2024: Bluffton, SC 2991 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) and the host May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC), saw James Island's basketball squad overcome May River by a tally of 29-20.
With the victory, James Island improves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Colleton County (Walterboro, SC) to encounter the Cougars in a test on Thursday, January 11. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 1-0.
The Sharks now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hilton Head Island for a test on Thursday, January 18.
