Michigan High School Basketball - Hamtramck crushes Loyola
January 8, 2025: Hamtramck, MI 48212 The Hamtramck Cosmos (Hamtramck, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Loyola Bull Dogs (Detroit, MI), 74-49 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Cosmos now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Catholic Central for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 11. Hamtramck will play a Shamrocks team coming off a 59-57 non-league loss to Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Loyola falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Bull dogs host Divine Child (Dearborn, MI) to play the Falcons in a Catholic AA bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Divine Child lost 56-42 in their recent non-league bout against Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI)
