North Carolina High School Basketball - Highland Tech bests Langtree Charter Academy

The Highland Tech Rams basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Langtree Charter Academy Lions to 39 in the Rams non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Rams now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Shelby for a 1A/2A Southern Piedmont match on Thursday, January 9. Highland Tech will face a Golden Lions squad coming off a 72-58 league win over Bessemer City (Bessemer City, NC). The Golden Lions record now stands at 6-5.

The Lions now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine Lake Prep for a 1A/2A Catawba Shores match on Tuesday, January 14. Langtree Charter Academy will face a Pride squad coming off a 69-55 league loss to Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Pride record now stands at 11-3.
