January 8, 2025: Bristol, NH 03222 The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Newfound Regional Bears (Bristol, NH) and the visiting Inter-Lakes Lakers (Meredith, NH), observed Newfound Regional's basketball team knock off Inter-Lakes by a score of 60-42.
The Bears (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Thomas Aquinas (Dover, NH). The Saints come into the Division III challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Thomas Aquinas dropped by Campbell (Litchfield, NH), 64-52, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Lakers encounter the White Mountains Spartans (Whitefield, NH) in a Division III challenge, on Friday, January 10. Inter-Lakes will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 62-52 non-league loss to Groveton (Groveton, NH).
